- THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO THE PREVIOUS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE POSTED ON 25 SEPTEMBER 2006. NAICS CODE CHANGED FROM 611430, PROFESSIONAL AND MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT TO READ 611512 FLIGHT TRAINING WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $23.5 This is a Sources Sought Notice Only for purposes of conducting Market research. Offerors who submitted response to Sources Sought Notice Solicitation Number W911SE-06-JTAO still need to submit a response to this notice if interested. There is no solici tation available at this time. The Southern Region Contracting Center-East, Fort McPherson, Georgia is conducting market research to determine the extent to which small businesses are capable of performing as prime contractors to provide a Joint Tactical Air Operations Interface Training Program (JTAO) to include interoperability training on the J-Series family of tactical data links. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 611512, Flight Traini ng; the small business size standard is $23.5 Million. The Government will not reimburse any concern for any information that is submitted in response to this Sources Sought request. Any information submitted is voluntary. Interested business concerns a re invited to provide capabilities statement demonstrating ability to performing the following: Capability 1. Evidence that your firm has the necessary organization, experience, accounting and operation controls and technical skills required in the Performance Work Statement and in the following areas: a) Data-Link Expertise (Joint Tactical & Serv ice) a-1). Graduates of JID Courses; a-2) Experienced in Multi-Tactical Data Link Instructors. b) Demonstrate background in conducting formal classroom instruction. c) Demonstrate expertise in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) c-1) Courseware De velopment to change management. d) Technical expertise to enable Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL). Capability 2. Data indicating total gross annual sales and staffing levels for each of the last three years in the applicable labor categories describ ed in paragraph 4.4 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Capability 3. Indicate whether interested business concern is small, small disadvantaged, 8a, woman owned, service disabled veteran, HubZone or any other socio-economic group.
