- This notice is to publicize the Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN ? 7 Southeast Network Logistics Office intends to award a contract under Other Than Full and Open Competition for the VA Medical Center Atlanta and Tuscaloosa with a Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) under a lease contract. The contractor will provide all hardware, software, installation, training and ongoing full maintenance support of the PACS.
