- Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services to replace the medical air system at the Atlanta VA Medical Center, Decatur, GA. There will be a requirement to remove the old system and maintain a temporary system while the new system is being installed. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFP will be advertised with a NAICS Code of 238220 with the size standard of $13 Million. The range of this solicitation is between $100,000.00 and $175,000.00 per year.
