- This modification is to answer the below questions: Question #1 What are the current staffing levels? Answer #1 There are 6 contractors performing administrative support services. There is one Program Manager, two Program Support Specialists, and three Training Coordinators. Question #2 Is the $669,215.50 a per year value, or over the life of the contract and option years? Answer #2 That value is from contract award (September 1, 2005) to contract expiration (October 15, 2006). Question #3 Is a site visit planned? Answer #3 There will be a prequote conference on October 5, 2006. This conference will be onsite, and include a short tour of the facilities. Question #4 Is Computer Information Specialist, the incumbent eligible to rebid as 8(a) Prime? Answer #4 As of September 26, 2006, the incumbent is not listed as an 8(a) Vendor under the Central Contract Registration. Question #5 Is the administrative support primarily clerical in nature or does it involve support for equipment used in the Training Center? Answer #5 The administrative support is primarily clerical in nature. The awardee will be required to use computers, copiers, faxes and be able to use our databases (which the NIH will train the awardee on). The awardee will not serve in any sort of help desk capacity but will be required to learn and use the systems.
