- **NOTE** This is a mofication to the original synopsis of August 24, 2006. The minimum quantity for all 3 option terms is changed from 24,000 to 10,000 Ea. The basic quantity remains the same and all maximum quantities remain the same. The following Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) is anticipated Coveralls, Combat Vehicle Crewmen's, Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP) The Quantities will be as follows: 24,000 Ea (Minimum); 60,000 Ea (Maximum). Three (3) One Year Term Options will be included with a quantity of 24,000 Ea (Minimum); 60,000 Ea (Maximum). This Procurement will be issued as an UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION with Evaluation Preference for HUBZONE concerns. The Coveralls, Combat Vehicle Crewmen's, will be procured FOB Destination to the Defense Depot New Cumberland, Pa. Applicable specification for the Coveralls, Combat Vehicle Crewmen's, UCP is MIL-C-44077C dated 27 November 1990. Pattern Date is 25 January 1988. Copies of the Specification can be found at http://assist.daps.dla.mil. The PGC Code is 03119, NSN 8415-01-535-0038(s). Production Lead Time is 180 days after date of award with three (3) deliveries. Best Value/Tradeoff Source Selection Procedures will be utilized. Offerors are to submit their Technical Proposals with the following Technical factors in descending order of importance: 1) Product Demonstration Model, 2) Experience/Past Performance, 3) Industrial Mobilization/Surge Capacity, 4) Socioeconomic Considerations, 5) DLA Mentoring Business Agreements, and 6) Javits-Wagner O'Day Act Entity. The solicitation will be issued on or before 30 Oct 06 (ESTIMATED DATE). Availability of Solicitations, FAR 5.102 (d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
