- NSN 5985-01-274-5554 PR 0013167040 Coupler, transmission Autotronics (06315) p/n R71-108, Microwave Eng. Corp. (06351) p/n 037-003197-001, Northrop Grumman (26916) p/n 037-003197-001. Quantity 24 each, including 8 each for option, FOB destination to New Cumberland PA, delivery time inclusive of Government first article testing (FAT) is 350 days, if FAT is waived, delivery time is 140 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 1, 26. The solicitation, attachments,and any subsequent amendments, will be available at https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/RFP on/after the issue date of 12 Oct 06. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Autotronics (06315), Microwave Eng. (06351), Northrop Grumman (26916). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluations of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
