Description
SOLICITATION MULTI-NATIONAL FORCES-IRAQ STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT SERVICES, Joint Contracting Command Iraq/Afghanistan, PARC-Forces, intends to issue a commercial Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for the Strategic Communications Management Services (SCMS) that advances the Coalition's effort in achieving its goals and objectives throughout the Multi-National Forces- Iraq. The contractor shall identify, plan, develop, execute, monitor, and assess all aspects of media communication operations services. The services provided by the contractor have a core objective to engage and inspire targeted audiences. Contractor will be working closely with Government personnel to coordinate tasking and priorities. The contractor shall be responsible for undertaking multiple projects and providing comprehensive services over a wide span of strategic communication, media planning, engagement, and research efforts. The solicitation will result in a single IDIQ type contract with an ordering period of 24 months (inclusive of a one month mobilization period) from 28 October 2006 through 27 October 2008. SCMS requires management oversight; program coordination and integration; briefings and presentations; program manager; security clearance; and information validity and security. Strategic communications ensures media reliability and communications program success by identifying and engaging the right audiences at the right time to create operational opportunities.
