- Description
- Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy intends to award a Sole Source contract utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Unique Solutions, Inc. 392 Cobblestone Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80906 for CE210 Software Support for maintaining the existing Contingency Support Exercise (CSE) and Build A Base (BAB) used in the classrooms. The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, equipment, material, supervision necessary to perform maintenance and software repairs of the CSE-CE210 system to include GIS, BAB, GeoBase, GeoBest and other related AF Software necessary to perform these services through out the academic year. Contract period of performance is 01 October 2005 thru 30 September 2006. Services need to be provided locally at the USAFA. Contractor Experience: The work must be performed by a GIS developer with intimate knowledge and experience with the current version of the CSE software. This will be a firm Fixed Price contract. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. If no response is received by 25 September 2005, 12:00pm MDT, specifying that comparable services are available that would be more advantageous to the Government than obtaining the listed services through a sole source procurement with Unique Solutions, a sole source award will be made.
