- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for office space in Orlando, Florida. The US Government’s existing lease in Orlando, FL is expiring and the Government is considering if it would be economically advantageous to relocate. The Government is interested in leasing approximately 1,683 rsf of office and related space in the City of Orlando, Florida, for use by the Corporation for National and Community Service. In addition to rental costs, consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than July 1, 2006. Deviations from these terms will not be considered.
