- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is V6V002EOE11, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. This acquisition is set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is: 811212, and the small business size standard is: $21 Million. This will be an all or none award based on the lowest price quoted from a responsive, responsible quoter. Quotes will be considered only from quoters who are regularly established in the business relevant to the scope of work to be performed. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (refer to below Preparation and Submission of quotes, paragraph 3) to be awarded this contract. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) request a quotation for the following service for the periods specified in the Price Schedule below: 1. DESCRIPTION of SERVICES The contractor shall provide call-in support and maintenance (e.g. - software updates and patches) of the StarTeam Enterprise 2005 Named and Concurrent software at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)/CI NOC ? MS# 833A, 7940 Kentucky Drive, Florence, KY as specified in the Price Schedule in paragraph 2 below. 2.
