- Description
- The Joint Advanced Distributed Learning (JADL) Co-Laboratory currently occupies 9,000 usable square feet of office and related use space located at 13501 Ingenuity Drive, Orlando, FL 32826, under a soon to expire lease. NAVAIR Orlando TSD intends to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location with the current landlord, Crescent Resources. This sole source is based on FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or suppliers will satisfy agency requirements. The relocation costs, associated uplifting costs, mission and other factors make it cost prohibited to relocate to an alternate facility. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Parties may direct inquires to this notice to NAVAIR Orlando TSD, 12350 Research Parkway, Attn: Vanessa T. Dobson, Contracting Officer, Orlando, FL 32826. All inquires must be submitted in writing and received no later that 10 October 2006 at 2:00 PM EST.
