Description

This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), 2107 17th Street, Suite 68, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to award a purchase order for non-personal services for the U.S. Army Medical Command, Fort Sam Houston, Texas to Elsevier, Inc., 11380 West Line Road, Saint Louis, Missouri, 63146-3313, to provide Web-based Internet access by selected users to MDConsult/FirstConsult/NurseConsult's medical news, drug updates, and journal abstracts. This is a sole source procuremen t, W81K04-06-T-0012, the CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with Elsevier, Inc.,under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1).This is a commercial item procurement and FAR Part 12 will be used.
