- This notice is posted as an intent to award contract for commercial items on a sole source basis. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations, but a notice of the US Army Intelligence and Security Commands (INSCOM) intent to procure the following items from Idea Sciences, Alexandria, VA: 0001: Confrontation Manager Standard Edition. 5 Each Period of Performance: 30 Sep 2006 - 29 Sep 2007 0002: Confrontation Manager Meeting Edition. 1 Each Period of Performance: 30 Sep 06 - 29 Sep 07. 0003: Two-day Introductory Two-Day Training Course 1 Each for 5 personnel. These supplies and services are deemed available from only one source, and no other supply or service will meet agency need. Other parties may respond to this notice in writing demonstrating their interest and capabilities in fulfilling this requirement. All responses received within 3 days of publication of this notice will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon those responses is solely within the discretion of the Government.
