Description: The proposed contract is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business concerns. Offers from other than Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business concerns will not be considered. Section L.4.1. Tab F: Cost/Price Proposal and Section M.4. Explanation of evaluation criteria both identify Cost/Price as a factor to be evaluated. Due to an administrative error the percentages for Cost/Price were shwon as 0 percent. The purpose of this amendment is to change the percentages on the evaluation criteria in Section M to reflect 10 percent for cost/price and 40 percent for technical/management.
