- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is W911W4-06-T-0116 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Fed eral Acquisition Circular 05-12. (iv) This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 334515, and the small business size standard is 500. (v) This requirement consists of one line item (vi) description: qua ntity of six (6) Rohde & Schwarz FSH 6 spectrum analyzers (vii) Delivery is required by 19 Dec 2006. FOB shall be destination, and shipping should be included in the unit price. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, app lies to this solicitation. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Paragraph (a) of FAR 52.212-2 is added to read: Lowest price technically acceptable.
