- Construction Project: McNary Levee Pumping Plant Annunciation Upgrades, Benton and Walla Walla Counties, WA. NAICS code is 238210. The small business size standard for NAICS code 238210 is $13,000,000.00. The work consists of upgrading the existi ng annunciation system at 11 levee pumping plants and one dewatering well located on the levees upstream of McNary Lock and Dam. Upgrades include: Removal of existing radio transmitters and wiring; Furnishing and installing new PLC system with new radio transmitters; Furnishing and installing new 24 VDC power supply and control relay for each new PLC and radio transmitter; Furnishing and installing new conduit and wiring from existing annunciator input terminals to PLCs and from PLCs to the radio transmit ters; Replacement of the existing DOS based annunciator PC in the Ice Harbor Dam control room with a new PLC with touch screen HMI; Furnishing and installing a new PLC with touch screen HMI at the Pasco Maintenance Shop; Providing PLC and HMI screen prog ramming, startup/commissioning, and system training for Government personnel. Invitation for Bids No. W912EF-06-B-0009 was posted to FedTeds website on September 08, 2006. Bid opening is extended to Oct 20, 2006 at 2pm. A site visit will be offered on October 05, 2006 at 10:00am. Bidders will meet at Ice Harbor Dam, south gate guard station.
