- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate soley (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Sparta INC., 6000 Technology Drive, NW Bldg 3, Huntsville AL 35805-1919. The contractor shall pr ovide a Tandberg unit that is the preferred codec of DISA and this is incorporated with a unique control system that is already in place. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541710 and the size standard is 750 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 10:00 AM, Eastern Daylight Time, September 27th, 2006. This notice of intent is not a req uest for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
