- 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THERE IS NO FUNDING CURRENLTY AVAIABLE AND THERE IS NO GAURNTEE FUNDING WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. 2) Solicitation FA5000-06-T-0102 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. 4) This is a 100 % Total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 443111, Size standard: $8,000,000.00. 5) Line Item 0001; Qty 120: 8.8 ? 10 cu ft refrigerator, top freezer, commerical quality. 6) Intention of this procurement is to provide vanities for dorms on Elmendorf AFB. 7) Delivery: FOB ELMENDORF AFB, ALASKA, requested delivery is no later than 17 November 06. 8) FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 9) FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial items. Award will be made based on the lowest price/technically acceptable offer. The government reserves the right to make award on initial quote received without discussions. 10) Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items with Alternate 1 with the offer.
