- This requuirement is for the following Software; -1 Year license Epocrates Essentials PDA Medical Reference Software Quatity 100 Each; -Epocrates Priemium Desktop Medical Reference Software (50-100 user bundle) - 1 year License Quantity 1 Each; Quotes are required to be received no later than 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, 27 September 2006, and must include the following: Company name; address; phone numbers; DUNS number; CAGE code; itemized quote with total; brief statement of capability; the offeror must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) and provide a statement that this has been completed which is the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (May 2004). The offeror must be registered in Wide Area Work Flow. To register in WAWF please go to https://wawf.eb.mil. The award will go to the lowest responsive offer.
