- D - NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCREASE CONTRACT VALUE ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS TO ALPHA RESEARCH & TECHNOLOGY, INC. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB NE, intends to increase Contract Number F25600-02-D-0008 Not-To-Exceed amount from $15,500,000 to $21,500,000. Contract is a non-commercial Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract awarded under full and open competition for the the Strategic Command and Control Program Upgrades for the National Airborne Operations Center (NAOC) E-4B aircraft. NAICS Code 541511. This notice is for information only, Note 22 applies. It is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received by close of business 27 Sep 06 will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
