- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Corporate Executive Board located at: 2000 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington, DC 20006 for the annual renewal of membership for CIO Executive Board with unlimited unrestricted access for all DEA employees to a website for reserach/networking/decision support tools. The period of performance is 09/30/2006 - 09/29/2007. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotitate only with Corporate Executive Board under authority 41 U.S.C 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Corporate Executive Board. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". The Government anticipates the award on a firm-fix price purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quote (RFQ) is not available. Closing date is September 27, 2006 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
