- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP). THIS REQUIREMENT IS PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE ROBERT T. STAFFORD DISASTER RELIEF AND EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE ACT (42 U.S.C. 5121,et seq), SECTION 307. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment as required to provide Base Camp Operation Services (NAICS 561210 - Size Standard $32.5M) as identified in Attachment 2, Statement of Work. The Government intends to make multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) awards as a result of this solicitation. Award will be made up to 5 responsible offerors that conform to the solicitation and is technically acceptable with the lowest evaluated price according to the evaluation factors in the solicitation. The ordering period will be from date of award through December 31, 2006. The period of performance is from date of award through September 30, 2007. SEE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION.
