- PR 0013040824, NSN 6140-01-474-6576, Battery, Storage. This is a Qualified Products List (QPL) item. Only manufacturers on the approved QPL at the time of award will be eligible for award. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This item is not commercial. The solicitation quantity is 216 each with a 100% quantity option. The requested terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, delivery 125 days ARO. The stock delivery locations are New Cumberland, PA, and Tracy, CA. The solicitation will be available on or about October 10, 2006, and will close on or about November 13, 2006. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
