Copies of the RFP will be available on DSCC DIBBS website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ after 15 October 2006. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available however the electronic version of the necessary spreadsheets will be upon request. Proposed procurement is for a 5-year long-term contract (base yr. plus 5 option years). Options are for Increased Quantity for 713 code and part numbered items. NSNs are within the following Federal Supply Classes: FSCs: 2825, 2835, 2910, 2990, 3010, 3020, 3040, 3110, 3120, 3130, 4130, 4310, 4320, 4330, 4420, 4710, 4730, 4810, 4820, 5305, 5306, 5307, 5310, 5315, 5325, 5330, 5331, 5355, 5360, 5365, 6110, 6115, 6210 and 9330. Solicitation is Unrestricted and Other Than Full and Open Competition. Only approved sources are acceptable. This is an unrestricted procurement for stock replenishment and customer direct coverage. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, Surge and Sustainment support and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments will be solicited. Destinations may include any of the DSCC stock sites and military customer locations. FOB origin will apply. Delivery schedule varies depending on the item.
