- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quotation (RFQ HC1021-06-T-2077) is being issued by DITCO-EUROPE, Unit 4235, Box 375, APO AE 09136-5375. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-11 and DAC 91-13. The proposed full and open competition acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price commercial item type contract. NAICS code 334310. Description of requirement: The government has a requirement for 2 Quantum Auto Loaders, brand name or equal and 1 Sharp projector, brand name or equal. The contract will include the following CLINs: Item 0001, Quantum Superloader 3, dual voltage, or 220 volts only, brand name Quantum or equal QTY: 2, Item 0002, Projector Sharp XG-C330X, dual voltage, or 220 volts only, Note: Projector will be mounted from ceiling by the end user, brand name Sharp or equal, QTY: 1, Item 0003, Shipping and Handling, 1 lot, Delivery shall be made no later than 30 days after receipt of order unless otherwise stated on quotation.
