- *****RESPONSE DATE IS HEREBY CHANGED TO 25 SEP 2006.***** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation of Purchase Request F1W3L36237A100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 424710 and small business size standard is 100 employees. This solicitation includes brand name or equal line items. Brand name or equal description is intended to be descriptive and is to indicate the quality and characteristics of products that will be considered satisfactory to meet the agency's needs. All responsible Contractors shall provide a quote for the following items: Line Item 0001: 4 ea, Hoover Lube Cube Double Wall Steel Tank split with Baffle (2) 250 gallon compartments or equal; Line Item 0002: 4ea, TOTE-A-LUBE tank stand or equal; Line Item 0003: 4 ea, TOTE-A-LUBE containment vessel or equal; Line Item 0004: 7 ea, ALEMITE 12:1 oil pump (7793-C) or equal; Line Item 0005: 1 ea, GRACO antifreeze pump (GCD73525) or equal; Line Item 0006: 16 ea, ALEMITE hose reel (100 feet roll) or equal; Line Item 0007: 8 ea, ALEMITE oil meter (3685-1) or equal; Line Item 0008: 6 ea, ALEMITE ATF meter (3686-1) or equal; Line Item 0009: 6 ea, ALEMITE A/F meter (BSWA-321) or equal; Line Item 0010: 1 ea, Miscellaneous Accessories (hose, downtubes, wall mount, regulators, ETC); Line Item 0011: 1 ea, Labor, Installation at Elmendorf AFB. Additionally, offers of equal quality must include a copy of the technical description and/or product literature, as well as, a description of commercial warranty. Delivery shall be completed not later than 4 weeks after receipt of an order and shall be FOB Destination.
