If applicable, GSA Schedule prices will be accepted. STATEMENT OF WORK -Honor Guard Projection System 1. SCOPE OF WORK 1.1 The vendor shall install a one-screen audio visual system for multiple functional orientations. The screen shall be remotely operated to raise and lower as needed. The system shall accept video input for video/DVD playback at ceremonies, briefings and building tours. The system shall have a PC input (VGA & DVI) for commanders calls, ceremonies, briefings and other meetings. 1.2 Vendor shall design and engineer a video playback system around the specified components. 1.3 Vendor shall incur all costs to install the 1 projectors and screen from the ceiling of The Honor Guard rehearsal hall at Building 49. 1.4 Vendor shall run all necessary wiring to connect components in the ceiling to the control surfaces on the walls and the playback rack. 1.5 Vendor shall program all touch screen interfaces to operate the ceiling units. 1.6 Vendor shall focus the projectors to the screens and ensure all devices work in the commissioning of the system. 1.7 Final design (as-built) drawings shall be rendered in AutoCAD file format to be given to the Air Force Pentagon Communication Agency (AFPCA). 2. EQUIPMENT 2.1 The vendor shall supply all transportation, equipment, parts, materials, and labor necessary for installation of Audio/Visual Equipment and Curtains. 2.2 The contractor must supply power from the panel or sub-panel directed by the contracting officer. 3. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE 50 Duncan Ave, Ste 1, Building 49, Bolling AFB, District of Columbia. 4. GENERAL INFORMATION 4.1 The vendor shall be allowed to work between the hours of 0730 and 1630, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The vendor shall coordinate work with the Honor Guards schedule. 4.2 The vendor shall dispose of all trash. 4.3 If the vendor moves any object in the room, they shall return it to its original place upon completion of the project. 5. OPERATING EXPENSES AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS The contractor shall obtain all permits; give all necessary notices; pay all license fees and comply with all municipal, local, state and federal laws, relating to public health or applicable to the business carried out under this agreement; and assume complete and sole liability for all national, state and local taxes applicable to the equipment, income and transactions of the contract. 6. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION The contractor shall provide equipment to prevent any interference or disturbances to the ecological balance of the environment. The contractor shall provide equipment to protect air, water, land and wildlife and to prevent noise, solid waste or hazardous chemicals from disturbing the environment. The government shall not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. INSPECTON AND ACCEPTANCE TERMS: Delivery/Acceptance will be at 50 Duncan Ave. Ste. 1, Bolling AFB, Washington DC 20032. Contractor shall offer to the Government the same warranty commonly accepted in similar commercial purchases. FAR PROVISIONS: The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and 52.212-3, Offerors Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items are hereby incorporated. Addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition is as follows: 52.211-6, 52.237-1, 52.252-1, 52.252-5: (b) DFARS (Chapter 2), 252.225-7000.
