This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation serves as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-11. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. 1. Contract Line Items: The attached spreadsheet identifies the locations and coordinates of the satellite imagery needed to support the implementation of the GeoBase Regional Installation Picture and Range natural/man-made infrastructure for Emergency Management/Response and Environmental management capabilities.
