- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement, FA4861-06-Q-B034, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06.The NAICS code for this is 443112. This RFQ is being submitted as full and open competition -open to small and large business. This is a solicitation for commercial items. The basic requirement is to provide the following: 4 ea - Projectors: Mitsubishi Model XL30U or Equal; 2 ea - Projector Spare Bulbs: Mitsubishi XL30U or Equal; 4 ea - Ceiling Mounts: PROJ-UCM EXT or Equal; 2 ea - Data Recovery Decoder: EEG Ent. DE 241 DR or Equal; 4 ea - BTC 80-Key Mini Layout Keyboard: JDR Microdevices BTC-5100C or Equal; 1 ea - 4 CF Simplex Video Transmitter: Opticomm FDV-8/4V/XMT-L1-ST-IC or Equal; 1 ea - 4 CH Simplex Video Receiver: Opticomm FDV-8/4V/RCV-L1-ST-IC or Equal; 1 ea - Netrack Plus: Blackbox RN560A-R2 or Equal; 2 ea - Fixed Shelf: Blackbox RM-171 or Equal; 2 ea - Vented Shelf: Blackbox RM-172-R2 or Equal; 2 ea - Tivo Boxes Model #R54080 or Equal; 2 ea - APC Smart-UPS 2200 VA Rack Mount or Equal; 2 ea - APC Smart-UPS 1500 VA Rack Mount or Equal; 1 ea - Quadview Xl with Control Software or Equal; Quotes should be in the following format: price for each line item independently and total price for all line items combined. Please submit any designs with quote. Award Basis: Best Value. The following factors will be used to evaluate the offer: price, delivery,and technical capability.
