Description
· Questions and Answers to the combined synopsis/solicitation for FA4608-06-Q-S076 Sharepoint training and implementation Answers: 1. In order for the government to determine pricing fair and reasonable we will need a price breakdown by time and materials to determine how you concluded to your overall price. #2) Our Sharepoint site will be used by approximately 600 users #3) All of the hardware is in place as well as the software and licenses #4) My thoughts were that each training topic would be about 3 days, though I defer to the company to find the best mix of consultation vs. training #5) The training is targeted for the Sharepoint site administrators (only 2 people); however, to maximize the value of the training, systems administrators will be attending as well. 6. Emailed and faxed responses are acceptable however, please call to verify I received you response in a timely manner. Sometimes servers are down or fax machines break and the gov't cannot be held responsible for responses not received in a timely manner. Questions: 1. Is the government looking for one fixed cost for all services or a time and material proposal? 2. How many total users need to be set up on the SharePoint Portal environment? 3. Is the server hardware already in place for the work noted in the solicitation to be performed? 4. Based upon the topics to be covered in the Training, how many days long do you anticipate the training to be? 5. My reading of the solicitation leads me to believe that the Training is targeted towards system administrators, not the SharePoint Portal Content Administrators. Am I correct in this assumption? 6. Are emailed and/or faxed responses acceptable or do you require paper hard copy in your hands by the 28 April 0900 CsT deadline? Questions may be addressed to SSgt Michelle Shows at the above address or call (318) 456-6889. ition of Segregated Facilities; FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Equal Opportunity for Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and Other Eligible Veterans; FAR 52.222-36 Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; 52.222-37 Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and Other Eligible Veterans; FAR 52.225-13, Restrictions on Certain Foreign Purchases, FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer.
