- This procurement is for 435,900 perfect bound books, 5-1/2 x 8-1/2", printing text in black ink and covers in green. Quality level 3 applies. Proofs, prior to production samples, and prior to ship samples are required. Contractor must make distribution to approximately 30 addresses. Freight is to be included in the bid.
