- NAICS Code: 334516 Amendment 1: The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to answer questions from vendors in regards to the RFQ and to extend the quotation due date. The following set of questions were submitted by vendors and answered by the end user. 1) They mention two automated valves. I assume they want the two mentioned right before it as the ones they want automated. Or are these additional valves? 2) They mention an interface of a GSV or LSV to the S/SI inlet. Do they just want the plumbing or are they asking for these valves as well. 3) They say substitute Hastalloy-C Valve. For which valve is this to be substituted? 4) Where would one get a Microfluids Dean Switch? We don't make them. We provide everything else you have asked for and we can get this as well, if we know where. The response to the 4 questions above is: The instrument should have a cryogenic oven that is able to separate N2 from O2 using one column. The instrument should also have the valving/plumbing to be able to separate these two gases using two columns in a row. Clarification on Instrument: Instrument needed is a GC/TCD/FID that will be used to analyze landfill gas. The quotation due date has been extended to 4:00 PM Friday, September 22, 2006.
