Description
NAICS Code: 339111 This is a combined synopsis/request for a quote for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only RFQ; quotes are being requested and a written RFQ will not be issued. This procurement is solicited on the basis of full and open competition. The identifying number is RFQ-OH-06-00246. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-06. The NAICS code is 339111 and the small business size standard is $6 million. A firm fixed price purchase order is anticipated to result from the award of this RFQ. Therefore, offerors are requested to submit a firm fixed price quote. This procurement is for a direct steam heated gravity air removal sterilizer required by The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, located in Ada, Ok . The following specifications must be met or exceeded to be considered: The Sterilizer: Consolidated Model SSR-3A-MC or equal not to exceed 32"Wx52"Dx72"H electrically heated, gravity air removal sterilizer with the following Accessories: - Steromaster Mark V Microprocessor Controls or equal - CRT Display and sealed keypad - ---NOTE: Controls shall be remote mounted and include mounting brackets as required - Alphanumeric Impact Printer - Emergency manual override - Internal pressure door lock - Automatic condensate exhaust - Electrical surge protection for controls - RS-232 port - ASME Code Stamping for vessel (U-1) and generator - Single door unit with stainless steel recess panel mounting - Hinged, fully opening, manual door - Radial arm door with solid silicone gasket - Full length bottom shelf and upper shelf in two (2) sections - 1/2" thermocouple port - Integral, electrically heated steam generator with automatic water fill and low water cutoff protection - Electrical Specifications: - Controls 110Volts, 1 Phase - Generator - 208 Volts, 3 Phase - Hinge Location - left - Automatic generator blowdown - Minimum Warranty is one (1) year Defective Parts and Labor, excluding consumables, and fifteen (15) years on the Pressure Vessel. Freight to Ada, OK 74820 The Government will evaluate and make the award based on "best overall value". Best overall value will be a combination of the responses to the specifications and price. The government anticipates award using simplified acquisition procedures of a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsive/responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the RFQ and offers the best value. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.2 12-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items is applicable and the specific evaluation criteria are as follows: (I) Technical capability of the item offered to meet Government requirement and (ii) price.
