- The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes and corrections to the solicitation: 1) Delete B clause entitled, Type of Contract; 2) Revise B clause entitled, Limitation of Government's Obligation Under Task Orders; 3) Correct H clause entitled, Award Term Incentive to reflect the correct potential periods of performance for the award terms; 4) Revise L clause entitled, Technical Proposal Instructions to change the page limit from 25 double-sided pages to 27 double-sided pages and clarify the language for Corporate Experience; 5) Add a CLIN 3090 and add additional information to Exhibit A of L clause entitled, Cost Proposal Instructions; 6) Rewrite M clause entitled, Evaluation Factors for Award; and 7) Add additional elements to the Quality Assurance Plan, Section V. of the PWS.
