- REQUIREMENT: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) currently occupies office space under a soon to expire lease. The IRS is conducting a competition for a replacement lease for this requirement. The space should yield a minimum of 10,630 BOMA USF of office space. Consideration for relocating this requirement will be taken upon analysis of the economics involved including the cost of moving, tenant improvements, and impact on agency mission, among other factors. LOCATION: Beginning at the intersection of I-25 and Briargate Pkwy.; E. on Briargate Pkwy. to Powers Blvd.; S. on Powers Blvd. to Fountain Blvd.; W. on Fountain Blvd. to Academy Blvd.; S. on Academy Blvd. to Nevada Ave.; N. on Nevada Ave. to I-25; N. on I-25 to Exit 151 (Briargate Pkwy.)
