- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Seal Beach Division intends to award a sole source contract to Rolands & Associates Corp., Monterey, CA 93940. The authority for this sole source action is U.S.C. 2304(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency?s requirement. The service contract is for analysis of steam ingestion in gas turbines for the Naval Postgraduate School Monterey, CA, Only the incumbent contractor, Rolands & Associates Corp., can meet the Navy?s need without a disruption to mission essential projects. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is not a request for proposals or a solicitation of offers. The applicable NAICS code is 518210, and the size standard of $23M. See Note 22.
