- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00604-06-T-0678. This combined synopsis/solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-12 and DFARS Change Notice 20060908. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Fleet! and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Pearl Harbor, Hawaii requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following: ITEM 0001: OUTDOOR REFRIGERATED COOLING UNIT; MFR: ELECTRO IMPULSE; MODEL NO.: 54850-2; ?BRAND NAME OR EQUAL?; QTY: 2 EACH TECHNICAL PARAMETERS ARE AS FOLLOWS, NO SUBSTITUTE: MODE OF OPERATION: Refrigeration (R-22)m air-cooled condenser; HEAT LOAD: 20,000 watts; COOLANT COMPOSITION: Deionized Water; COOLANT CAPACITY: 10 gallons (approx.); FLOW RATE, NOMINAL: 20 GPM; SUPPLY TEMP, ADJ.: 80 degrees +/- 10 degrees F or 85 deg +/- 15 deg F; SUPPLY PRESSURE, NOM: 120 ? 150 PSIG; BLOCKED DISCHARGE RELIEF PRESSURE: 180 PSI nominal; AMBIENT: Outdoors Hawaii POWER REQUIREMENTS: 208/230 VAC 3-phase 60 Hz, 50 Amps Required delivery date is November 20, 2006.
