- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO in unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase sole source, from valid resellers, the following General Dynamics C4 Systems products: Item Number - 1, Quantity - 9, Description - TACLANE E-100 Trade-in for TACLANE Micro. SN number will be provided. Please price based upon the trade-in of an equivalent quantity of TACLANE E-100 encryptors, Part Number - UT-102-1; Item Number - 2, Quantity - 2 , Part Number - MC-10901-2, Description - TACLANE MICRO KG-175D. Only the specified encryptor will meet the Government?s requirements; NO SUBSTITUTIONS. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 2:00 PM ET on 22 September 2006. The anticipated award date is 30 September 2006. All items are to be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, VA. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED ON THIS NOTICE. Electronic quote submission is encouraged at DLGR_NSWC_XDS12@navy.mil but the quote may also be faxed to (540) 653-4089 or delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Attn: XDS12H, Bldg. 183, Rm. 104, 17320 Dahlgren Rd, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100.
