Name brand only, no substitutions. CLIN 0002, 1 each Upgrade, for iU22 System Base ID's 02L563 - Produ ct Number 100601, Phillips Medical Part Number SEBLRSVNP1. Brand name only, no substitutions. Terms are FOB Destination-Dewitt Army Community Hospital, Building 1414, Fort Belvoir, VA, 22060-5901. Required delivery date is 30 days after receipt of order . The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition without addenda.
