- The US Army TACOM-Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce, Picatinny, New Jersey, has a requirement for marketing services support for the Office of the Project Manager Combat Ammunitions Systems (PM CAS) and assigned Product Managers. This requirement will provide specific services on a task-by-task basis to include but not limited to Communication Planning, Conference Management Support, Displays and Exhibits. The RFP will be for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price type Contract and will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The resultant contract will be based on Best Value. The period of performance is five (5) years covering FY07 ??? FY11. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541613. The Request for Proposal (RFP) W15QKN-07-R-0800 can be downloaded from the following website located at http://procnet.pica.army.mil on or about 15 days from the date of this announcement. The deadline for all proposals will be 30 days after issuance of the RFP.
