Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W9127Q-06-R-0016 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532299 size standard is $6.5M. The Government intends to LEASED for the Government are nine (9) 82 X 100 X 8 whit e clear span festival tents and three (3) 40 X 80 X 8 white clear span festival tents. Fuel shall be delivered on site on an as-needed basis. Estimated gallons per life of contract are 220,620. Vendor must respond to all maintenance issues within 4 hours of reporting during the work week (Mon-Fri, 0730-1700) and within 12 hours of reporting after hours and weekends. Vendor will not charge this contract for parts, labor or service calls. Tents needed in-place and operational not later than 1 Oct 06. Awar d of contract is expected to be 29 Sep 06. Please state in proposal soonest date set-up can be completed. Please quote monthly lease price which includes all items as described as well as tear-down at end of lease. Government reserves the right to termi nate or extend contract with a 14 day notice. Government will make award based on Best Value.
