- This is a notice of intent to sole source requirement to Commvault Systems, Inc. for 6, Galaxy Premier Data Management Software Licences and Maintenance Support, to include coverage for Commcell IDs F503F, F5040, F5042, F5043, F5044 and F5656, from 9 /29/06 through 9/28/07. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whe ther to conduct a competitive procurement.Any vendor who believes that they can provide this service per this requirement can email or fax their quote to the attention of Julian O.
