- F2HTD66248A100 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F2HTD66248A100. This procurement is being issued as a Firm Fixed Price procurement. The requirement/item description is as follows: Rappelling Equipment for Rescue Course, see attached manual RFQ for details. FOB: Destination for delivery to DEFENSE DISTRIBUTION DEPOT ? SAN JOAQUIN WHSE. 30, CCP 25600 SOUTH CHRISMAN ROAD TRACY, CA. 95376. Please include the proposed delivery time. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation will be based on total best value to the Government. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. 52.219-6, Notice of Small Business Set Aside is applicable. The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
