- The 96th Contracting Squadron/MSCBS at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Rand Technologies of Michigan, One Lahser Center, Suite 225, 26400 Lahser Road, Southfield, MI 48034-0000, for the purchase of CIPHER Enterprise Software License and Support restricted to CAFNET environment estimated up to 4000 users in 511 sites worldwide. Annual support contract is to access 1800 Rand Solution Center Support line and up to 50 hours of CIPHER SME support; web based case logging and case history; access to all available software updates during the term of the contract and ability to submit documented software bugs and enhancement requests to the CIPHER SME. The announcement reference number is F1T0EJ6240A100. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210 with a small business dollar value of $23M. The requirement is for CLIN 0001 (1 Each) ? CIPHER Enterprise System Software License. CLIN 0002 (1 Each) ? Annual Support Contract for CIPHER. Items are to be delivered to 53rd Computer Systems Squadron, Lisa Smith, 203 W. D Avenue, Bldg. 351, Suite 404 Eglin AFB FL 32542. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
