- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation #F3HSP16226A100 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. The NAICS Code is 337212; the NAICS size standard is 500 employees. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for the purchase of a custom-built, executive wood conference table. Please contact 1Lt Stephen Kroft by email for required detailed specifications and the design drawing. Quotes shall be priced to match the drawings and design specifications exactly as deviations shall not be authorized. The delivery, assembly and installation of the desk in the conference room must be completed no later than 25 October 2006. This installation date is critical as the table is part of a much larger renovation project. The required delivery schedule shall not be extended. All requests for the detailed specifications and design are due NLT Friday, 22 September 2006, at 5:00pm (CST) and should be requested by email from 1Lt Stephen Kroft at stephen.kroft@offutt.af.mil. All quotes shall be received NLT Tuesday, 26 September 2006, at 5:00 pm (CST), and sent electronically via e-mail, if possible, to stephen.kroft@offutt.af.mil or faxed to (402) 294-7280. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY Tuesday, 26 September 2006, at 5:00 pm (CST) will make a offeror ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
