- The VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center will issue VA-249-07-RQ-0005 under the Commercial Test Program for a contractor to provide Sleep Studies to be performed in the Veterans homes using Contractor provided equipment. No contractors will be required to visit the Veterans home. Veterans covered under this solicitation are in the Patient Service Areas of the VA Medical Center, Lexington, KY; VA Medical Center, Huntington, WV; VA Medical Center, Memphis, TN; VA Medical Center, Mtn Home, TN; and the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, consisting of the Nashville and Murfreesboro Campus. The period of performance will be 11-1-06 through 9-30-07 with one optional renewal period of one year. The NAICS Code is 621511 with a small business size of $12.4 million. Electronic solicitation will be available for download on or about 9-20-06. Any amendments issued will be available for download at the same site and it is the responsibility of the contractor to obtain any amendments issued.
