- The Federal Bureau of Prisons anticipates a multiple award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices for a one-year base period and up to four one-year option years for juvenile inpatient mental health services and inpatient physician services for juvenile male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes housed in existing juvenile residential care facilities under contract with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) with the contiguous counties of Minnehaha, Lincoln, Turner, McCook or Sioux Falls, South Dakota area. The requirements are as follows: BASE PERIOD Line Item 1: Juvenile Inpatient Facilities Services - (Minimum of 11 days facility services per year); (Maximum of 730 facility services per year). Line Item 2: Psychiatric Inpatient Physician Visits - (Minimum of 5 visits per year); (Maximum of 250 visits per year). OPTION YEAR ONE Line Item 1 Juvenile Inpatient Facilities Services - (Minimum of 11 days facility services per year); (Maximum of 732 facility services per year). Line Item 2: Psychiatric Inpatient Physician Visits - (Minimum of 5 visits per year); (Maximum of 250 visits per year). OPTION YEAR TWO Line Item 1 Juvenile Inpatient Facilities Services - (Minimum of 11 days facility services per year); (Maximum of 730 facility services per year). Line Item 2: Psychiatric Inpatient Physician Visits - (Minimum of 5 visits per year); (Maximum of 250 visits per year). OPTION YEAR THREE Line Item 1 Juvenile Inpatient Facilities Services - (Minimum of 11 days facility services per year); (Maximum of 730 facility services per year). Line Item 2: Psychiatric Inpatient Physician Visits - (Minimum of 5 visits per year)? Maximum of 250 visits per year). OPTION YEAR FOUR Line Item 1 Juvenile Inpatient Facilities Services - (Minimum of 11 days facility services per year); (Maximum of 730 facility services per year). Line Item 2: Psychiatric Physician Visits - (Minimum of 5 visits per year); (Maximum of 250 visits per year). The solicitation will be available on or about October 18, 2006, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. The estimated closing date of RFQ 200-038-6-NC will be on or about November 16, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
