- The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, intends to award multiple Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) type contracts for the requirement entitled "SAMHSA Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ)". UPDATE: The deadline for receiving registrations for the Pre Proposal Conference is Thursday September 21, 2006 at 12pm EST. As stated in the previous modification - the Pre-Proposal Conference for Monday September 25, 2006 at 10am - 12pm is Full. The 2pm - 4pm session is filling quickly. If the 2pm - 4pm reaches full capacity prior to the 12pm cutoff the individuals submitting their registrations will be notified the session is FULL. It is recommended that the participants arrive at least 1 hour early for the Pre Proposal Conference, to allow time to receive their visitors badge and go thru security to enter the building.
