- This is Amendment 2 to the RFP. Additional questions about the solicitation have been received. The Government is currently preparing responses to the questions. Please note that the proposal due date has been extended to Thursday, October 12, 2006, to allow the Government to fully respond to the questions and provide time for offerors to make any needed adjustments to their proposals after seeing the responses. The Government intends to post the responses as soon as possible.
