Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Procurement and Logistics Directorate (PLD), Falls Church, VA has a requirement for procurement of specialized technical support to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in its Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff-chartered role as the US Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (C3) Systems Engineer. This technical support provides in-depth system engineering, systems analysis, vulnerability analysis, program and budget analysis and technical analysis regarding the Nuclear C3 System. Efforts focus on engineering, analysis and documentation of both current and future objective architectures as well as alternative architecture development for acquisition strategy decisions for evolving the Nuclear C3 System. The scope of tasks to be performed by the contractor is in the areas of: a) Architecture Analysis and Engineering b) Architecture Vulnerability Analysis c) Nuclear C3 System Description d) Assessment and Evaluation Support e) ASD(NII), Joint Staff, and Combatant Commander Specially Tasked Studies The current facility for this work is located at 5275 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22041-3801. A SECRET clearance will be required for performance of work under this requirement.
